The Horticulture Centre of the Pacific, formerly Glendale Gardens, has over ten thousand plant varieties and has been designed and planted to demonstrate landscaping techniques suitable for the Pacific Northwest. This non-profit registered charity, located in Saanich, BC, also runs the Nourish Bistro, an ethical restaurant and tea-house (with fantastic cinnamon buns), and the Pacific Horticulture College (PHC) at HCP, one of the top horticultural colleges in Canada.
